Day 8 - The Whole30

Forgot yesterday's update...  so, brief recap....

RECAP

Breakfast 2 eggs and 3oz of steak

Lunch: sautéd lettuce and cabbage with a 12oz can of tuna

Dinner: pork ribs and sweet potatotes (with mint chutney)

It was not an eventful day, but I got good food in there!

Oh, also had a container of applesauce and my coconut milk-fruit-magnesium concoction.
