Day 26 - The Whole30 Program

I've been remiss in updating like I should be.  I have no excuse other than I can't seem to brain lately. :P

Brief entry so I can get to the Day 27 entry...

RECAP

Breakfast: Scotch egg

Lunch: 1 cutie and 1 dill pickle...and coffee

Dinner: steak, mashed sweet potatoes with a little ghee, and roasted carrots.  2 glasses of red wine.

Snack: handful of mixed nuts.

I did the whole couple tablespoons of nutella, as well, because, frankly, I was starving by the time dinner happened.
