I am still obsessed with my weight and the scales. But it's a good obsession, I think. I'm excited to see my progress.
After ten years of struggling with my weight, I'm finally below 160#. My measurements are close to my first goal (after I hit it, we'll see if I should cut down even more). Currently, 38-31-37.5. I think 38-28-36 is reasonable. If I like how I look there, I'll stay there...otherwise, I may try for 38-28-34; we'll see.
